Just one weekend and three big events....busy,busy,busy!
There are so many gorgeous seasonal flowers around at the moment which are a joy to work with – big, blousy paeonies; dainty, fragrant sweet peas; zesty, lime green alcamilla mollis...... and, maybe more importantly, all British-grown.
And some flowers that are not quite so much of a joy to work with, like the spikey May blossom and thorny roses – but still look stunning...

Valentine’s day for most florists....... surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of red roses, long days (and nights) stripping thorns and preparing bouquets,
but I’m remembering my Valentine’s Day 17 years ago, when, amongst all those thorny stems, my first beautiful baby girl was born :-)
National Wedding Show

For all you loved-up people thinking of getting married or having a civil partnership ceremony, come and be inspired at the National Wedding Show at Olympia (18-20 February 2011). We will be exhibiting on the “Designer Flower Zone”...
